Swim the English Channel for Charity

This year, you can take on a straightforward challenge: swimming the distance of the English Channel - 22 miles - to raise funds for people with spinal cord injuries. The challenge runs from September 9th to December 2nd, 2024, and is open to individuals and teams of all ages and fitness levels.

Challenge Details

The goal is simple: swim 22 miles over 12 weeks. You can do this at your own pace, whether in a pool, lake, or even the sea. You can break the distance into smaller swims that fit your schedule. The challenge is flexible, allowing you to participate wherever and whenever works best for you.

Why Participate?

Spinal cord injuries have a significant impact on people's lives, and there is no cure. Aspire is a charity that helps those affected live independently by providing essential services and support. By participating in this challenge, you'll be helping Aspire continue their work.

Every two hours, someone sustains a spinal cord injury. Taking part in this challenge will directly support those who need help.
