Overnight Oats Recipe

You can adapt these recipes however you like, to suit your tastes/preferences. The perfect easy and healthy breakfast!

FRUITY OVERNIGHT OATS

INGREDIENTS

  • 50g of good quality oats

  • 100ml of almond milk (substitute for any milk)

  • 1 banana

  • Cinnamon

  • Honey/Sweetener

  • Handful of Fresh/Frozen Berries

  • Almond Butter (Optional)

  • Greek Yoghurt

  • Granola/Nuts/Seeds

  • Jar/Tub to store

METHOD

  1. Soak 50g of Oats in 100ml of almond milk (or milk of choice) for at least 2 hours in the fridge. Or, even better you can soak them overnight in the fridge.

  2. Once soaked, mash the banana and add.

  3. Sprinkle with some cinnamon and add a squeeze of honey. Mix well and transfer to a jar/tub.

  4. Top with frozen or fresh berries, almond butter (optional), greek yoghurt and a sprinkle of granola, nuts or seeds for crunch.

CHOCOLATE OVERNIGHT OATS

INGREDIENTS

  • 50g of good quality oats

  • 100ml hazelnut milk (or milk of choice)

  • Cocoa powder (about 1.5 tbsp)

  • Orange zest

  • Squeeze of honey

  • Greek Yoghurt

  • Cacao Nibs

  • Desiccated Coconut

METHOD

  1. Soak 50g of Oats in 100ml of hazelnut milk (or milk of choice) for at least 2 hours in the fridge. Or, even better you can soak them overnight in the fridge.

  2. Once soaked, add in the cocoa powder and orange zest.

  3. Add a squeeze of honey. Mix well and transfer to a jar/tub.

  4. Top with Greek yoghurt, sprinkle with the Cacao Nibs and desiccated coconut. Enjoy!
