Our 25m pool hosts over 55 hours of public swimming every week as well H2O workouts, splash hours, parent & toddler sessions and private clubs.

Swimming is a great way to stay physically active & is a potentially lifesaving skill. You can maintain & develop your fitness with our lane swimming sessions, learn to swim whatever your age with our Swim School Lessons or just enjoy a fun splash hour. Swimming is a full body workout that will burn calories, increase energy levels & decrease stress levels.

Minimum age to swim without adult supervision is 8 years old.

  • General Swim

    Open to all ages & abilities for general swimming. You may swim lengths in this session & some times will split the pool with lanes.

  • Family Swim

    Enjoy a swim with the whole family! This fun session is for those who want to swim with their family & maybe teach their kids to swim.

  • Lane Swim

    Develop your fitness & build your swimming skill with our lane swimming sessions. This is perfect for serious/confident swimmers.

  • H2O

    An invigorating pool-based workout that gently conditions the body without excess strain on muscles and joints. Great for all ages & abilities.

  • Parent & Toddler Swim

    A safe and fun introduction to water, helping your child to gain confidence in the water.

  • Adult Swim & Saver

    This session is open to adults (16 years+) to enjoy swimming lengths. Adult Saver sessions are a reduced price.

  • Splash Hours

    Organised public sessions with large floats, rubber rings and play equipment! These sessions run weekly during term time and daily during the school holidays.

  • Swimming Lessons

    Available for ages 4 months up! Designed to support your child while they develop essential aquatic skills they need to be confident and safe in the water. We also have adult swimming lessons available. More About Lessons.
