Mermaid Experience*
*This session is only available at Droitwich Spa Leisure Centre and Evesham Leisure Centre
Become a mermaid or merman!
Enjoy the fun of becoming a Mermaid or Merman with our experienced instructors. The sessions are 1 hour long & great fun for kids and adults! There will be certifications & an opportunity to take photos.
Swimmers must be 6 years or older, be able to comfortably swim 25m and be confident submersing themselves under the water. Spaces are limited to 12 per session.
Mermaid Experience sessions are not run on a weekly basis. We will post the next available dates & times below:
DROITWICH SPA LEISURE CENTRE
Experiences: All 1 hour long, prices vary depending on session and ages.
Adults Experience
Cost: £15 per person
Saturday 19th October - 1:00pm - 2:00pm
Saturday 7th December - 1:00pm - 2:00pm
Kids Experience
Cost: £15 per child
Must be 6+ and able to swim 25m with no swim aids and be confident submerging themselves under water.
Saturday 28th September - 1:00pm - 2:00pm
Thursday 31st October - 2:30pm - 1:30pm
Saturday 14th December - 1:00pm - 2:00pm
Mini Mermaids
Cost: £10 per child
Experience the magical world of Mini Mermaids at Droitwich Leisure Centre!
These sessions are designed for ages 3+, catering to those who don’t meet the swimming criteria for our regular mermaid experiences.
Thursday 31st October - 1:30pm - 2:00pm (ages 3+)
Thursday 31st October - 2:00pm - 2:30pm (ages 5+)
Friday 6th December - 4:00pm - 4:30pm (ages 3+)
Friday 6th September - 4:30pm - 5:00pm (ages 5+)
Parties
Host the ultimate Mermaid Party!
Dive into an ocean of fun with our Mermaid Parties, available Saturdays at 1:00pm or 6:15pm and Sundays at 1:00pm. Choose from two exciting packages, perfect for groups of up to 8 or up to 12 people.

New Years Eve Special

We are holding a mixed adult and junior open session on New Years Eve. Anyone participating must meet the criteria for the junior experiences.

Charity Halloween Party

We're holding a charity soft play party, raising money for St. Rice £5.00 per child and can be purchased at Droitwich reception (or, there is a just giving page you can donate to via QR code).
Fancy dress optional (but encouraged!), we'll be having a "tuck shop" and temporary tattoos on the day.

"Design a Mermaid Tail" Competition
As part of the fundraising for St. Richard's Hospice, we're also holding a design a mermaid tail competition.
£1.00 donation (cash or QR code), and a mermaid tail template will be available to collect from reception. These will be displayed around our mermaid board in the corridor, and the winner of each category will receive a space on an appropriate mermaid experience. (Categories are: 3-6, 6-10 and 10+).
