Pre/Ante Natal Class:
Pre-natal classes are bodyweight-based & include light weights, resistance bands, relaxation & stretching exercises perfect for those who are pregnant. Exercise is beneficial to both Mum & Baby, & can help in the delivery process. We suggest talking with your GP & Midwife before starting to exercise.
All first timers are asked to complete a pregnancy PARQ form - follow this link - Fill it out & then hand it to reception or send to Joanna.
For those with underlying health conditions we ask you to speak to the instructor (Joanna) directly, so that she can understand & adapt the class/specific workouts to your needs.
Post Natal Class:
Post-natal classes are bodyweight-based & include light weights, relaxation & stretching exercises perfect for those who recently gave birth. These classes are an amazing way to help regain figure, socialise with other new mums & build/improve self esteem. Mums Only Class - if you would like to see mum/dad & baby classes we would love to hear from you & see if that is of interest.

This class is advised for those who are over the 6 week mark. Those who had a C-Section to seek advise from their GP, if they would like to start exercising before the 12 week mark.
