Summer Season Starts Early For Droitwich Lido
We are excited to announce that Droitwich Spa Lido will be opening from Saturday 30th April!
Droitwich Spa Lido is our amazing outdoor brine swimming pool, located in the heart of Worcestershire. The lido facilities include; 40m swimming pool (with beach entry), loads of space for sunbathing, wet play area, disabled changing facilities & Little Al’s at the Lido. The pool is heated around 22°C to 26°C.
New or returning since pre-covid? Here’s what you need to know about our procedures:
All customers must register online a pay-as-you-go account & then pre-book via the website or our mobile app (coming soon). Pre-booking allows us to keep track of capacity & helps everyone get into their time slot quick & easy.
Booking is 2 days in advance. Refunds will not be given.
No covid requirements - All we ask you respect others distance & please don’t visit us if unwell. We are still doing our daily deep cleaning to help & even though the pool is salt water, there is a small amount of chlorine in the water which kills bacteria.
Family/General Swims:
You must book all family members into the lido. This can be done under one account. Babies under 4 months.
Timeslots are 2 hours. However we’d recommend filling your day out with a picnic in the park, ball games (tennis courts available in the park) or walk down to the playground.
Beach entry & wet play area available.
Early Morning/Early Afternoon Swims:
Timeslots are 1 hour.
For those wanting to do widths of the pool. Adults only, however under 18s may be accepted if they are a competent swimmer.
