This week is Mental Health Awareness Week. Throughout this week, we’ll be sharing three blog posts filled with helpful information and practical tips to support and raise awareness of mental health.

In this blog post, we’re going to be taking a look at some personal stories of figures in sport and fitness who have triumphed over mental health struggles, emphasising the significance of destigmatising mental illness.
